I wrote up the trip, but I found the description the trip leader filed on the Mountaineers website to be far superior:
"Parked at the signed French Cabin Creek trailhead. Followed the trail to the intersection with the Kachess Ridge trail and turned south. Shortly after passing through the pass between Pt. 5045 and Pt. 5525 we turned west into the basin below Pt. 5525, attaining the saddle to its east then followed the ridge line to the summit of Pt. 5525, which is a 10' high pinnacle, easily scramblable. We followed the ridge line SE, but before reaching Pt 5349 were forced by steepening rock to descend meadow slopes to the west and traverse maybe 300 yards before regaining the ridge crest at an attractive looking pass, from which several party members scrambled to the top of what I believe was Pt. 5349. From this pass we descended to the east and traversed around a cluster of pinnacles, regaining the ridge crest at about where the 5160' contour crosses the ridge SE of Pt. 5349. We continued on to the closed contour immediately south of Pt. 5184, retraced our steps maybe 100 yards and descended east to the Silver Creek trail, which we followed back to the cars."
