A great day in Teanaway for the four of us on this Seattle Mountaineers trip to Ingalls and Fortune Peaks.  Take the Esmeralda/Longs Pass trail #1390 to the Longs Pass Trail junction.  At the junction, go left (away from Longs Pass) as the trail makes a long rising traverse to Ingalls Pass at 6500'.  The trail drops down from the pass and contours left above the basin.  Near the creek we left the trail and climbed to the SW ridge at a saddle north of the 7600' closed contour.  Pick your path to the summit from the west.  After lunch and a few pictures we returned to the ridge by retracing our ascent route.  We followed the ridge south, mostly on the SE side out to Pt. 7382 - Fortune Peak.  From Fortune, we dropped east into the basin and picked up the trail back to Ingalls Pass.
